LONDON—Christopher Burghardt, Hill & Knowlton’s vice president of business development and marketing for the EMEA region, is joining brewer InBev as director of corporate affairs at the company’s global headquarters in Belgium on July 1. He will report to James Villeneuve, vice president of global corporate affairs and his initial focus will be on InBev’s home market of Belgium and its relationship with the European Union.
Burghardt first worked for H&K from 1997 to 2001 in its Brussels office on international trade and transport policy as well as crisis management. He rejoined H&K in early 2004 in his current role and is also a member of the agency’s European executive committee.
