WARSAW—Hill & Knowlton has acquired the remaining 70 percent stake in its Feedback Hill & Knowlton operation in Poland, making the firm a wholly-owned office of the H&K group and strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.

Founded in 1994, Feedback Hill & Knowlton, based in the Polish capital Warsaw, is one of the leading consultancies in the rapidly developing Polish PR market, with more than 30 communications specialists and a roster of local as well as international clients that includes GSK, HSBC, Michelin, Samsung, Reckitt Benckiser and Pepsi.

Hill & Knowlton and Feedback Hill & Knowlton have worked together since 1998, and in 2000, H&K acquired a 30 percent stake in the firm. The full acquisition will bring no changes in Feedback Hill & Knowlton’s management or organisational structure with Agnieszka Dziedzic remaining as president.

According to Cesare Valli, chairman and CEO of Hill & Knowlton for the Mediterranean & Central Eastern EU region: “This move is another very important sign of our strategy to continue to develop our presence with fully owned offices in every strategic market where our clients operate. Both national and international clients consider Poland as a growing strategic market and this acquisition will empower our local management to have even more opportunities to continue to grow in the development of our presence in the country and in the region.”
