SAN FRANCISCO—Technology public relations specialist Horn Group has forged an alliance with fast-growing British boutique Brands2Life to provide technology companies on both sides of the Atlantic with international communications support. The two companies will be preferred, non-exclusive partners. In addition to international client service, the partnership includes joint business development and marketing, an employee exchange program and market education.

“The global technology companies we serve have an appetite for creativity and results that is best served by the top agency in each region they conduct business,” says Sabrina Horn, president and CEO of Horn Group. “Brands2Life has a remarkable eye for the strategies and stories that help companies get noticed in Europe as demonstrated by their award-winning work and impressive client portfolio.”

Horn Group and Brands2Life have a track record jointly serving global companies including 3i, Commerce One, Kalido and Staffware (now TIBCO).

“Horn Group has proved itself to be one of the top hi-tech PR companies in the U.S. for over ten years,” says Chris Cartwright, director with responsibility for international development, Brands2Life. “We have had a great experience working with them on the clients we have shared over the last four years and are very excited about the prospect of developing the relationship further.”

Brands2Life was founded in April 2000 by Giles Fraser and Sarah Scales, both veterans of the technology practice at Hill & Knowlton. Clients include 3i, Ask Jeeves, Business Software Alliance, Cisco Systems, Kalido, T-Mobile and WebEx. The agency has 34 staff based in London and is supported by a network of independent agency partners throughout Europe.
