SAN FRANCISCO—Technology public relations specialist Horn Group has forged an alliance with fast-growing British boutique Brands2Life to provide technology companies on both sides of the Atlantic with international communications support. The two companies will be preferred, non-exclusive partners. In addition to international client service, the partnership includes joint business development and marketing, an employee exchange program and market education.
