LONDON—Text 100 has created a new role, naming Sarah Howe director of campaign innovation, responsible for infusing Text 100’s client work with greater innovation globally, driving greater client satisfaction and growing existing clients either geographically or in terms of practices.
Howe, who led Text 100 sister agency August One in London before the two firms were merged in 2007, has more than 20 years of international consulting experience across corporate, consumer and business practices and has worked with major brands including Microsoft, Nokia, Sony, Dell, Canon, IBM, Skype, SanDisk, Royal & Sun Alliance, NXP and TOTAL, as well as with the U.K. government and various NGOs and charities.
According to Text 100 CEO Aedhmar Hynes, "While other agencies are cautiously assessing resourcing during the economic recovery, Text 100 is making strategic investments to support our vision and people principles. This follows a major revamp of our training and development program and our continual strong focus on the development of our social media practice."
Adds Howe: "Public relations is now at such an exciting stage of its evolution as a discipline. Our work is helping companies make a difference to society through CSR campaigns and revolutionizing the way communities communicate through social media.”
