Hughes Joins Fleishman to Lead Global Marketing Comms

Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has named Keith Hughes senior vice president, partner and managing director of global marketing communications. Hughes is a 23-year industry veteran and joins the firm after nearly 10 years at Manning Selvage & Lee.

NEW YORK—Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has named Keith Hughes senior vice president, partner and managing director of global marketing communications.  In this newly created role, he will report to Jack Modzelewski, president and senior partner, client relations and will be based in the firm’s New York office.

Hughes is a 23-year industry veteran and joins the firm after nearly 10 years at Manning Selvage & Lee, where he most recently served as senior vice president and director of the North America consumer practice. Earlier at MS&L, Hughes served as the North America account director and later, global director of innovation and development, for the agency’s relationship with Procter & Gamble.  He also acted as account director, North America, for Philips Electronics.

Previously, Hughes was senior manager of international public relations for Pepsi-Cola Company and a vice president at Ketchum. He began his career at Creamer Dickson Basford.      

His responsibilities at Fleishman include global growth of the marketing communications practice, driving programming innovation, establishing new expertise and thought leadership, and identifying talent, as well as provide counsel to some of the agency’s largest clients.
