IHOP Names CarryOn Agency of Record

The IHOP family restaurant chain has named CarryOn Communication public relations agency of record to support all of its major marketing and promotional efforts.

LOS ANGELES—The IHOP family restaurant chain has named CarryOn Communication public relations agency of record to support all of its major marketing and promotional efforts. The CarryOn team, led by senior vice president and lifestyle brands practice leader Claudia Bloom in its Los Angeles headquarters office, will handle consumer marketing and media relations on behalf of more than 1,200 IHOP restaurants nationwide.

“Claudia and the CarryOn team are highly creative with deep industry expertise and media relations savvy, making them a natural fit for helping to grow the IHOP brand year-round and especially around major promotions such as National Pancake Day on February 28,” says Carolyn O’Keefe, IHOP’s chief marketing officer.
