NEW YORK—Porter Novelli has appointed three new partners: Darlan Monterisi, managing director of the firm’s New York office; Angie Schneider, managing director of the Seattle office; and Higinio Martinez, managing director of Porter Novelli Iberia, responsible for the agency's offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, Spain; and Lisbon, Portugal.

LONDON—Digital communications consultancy Liberty Communications today announced that it has won duties for the launch of Emagine International, a specialty provider of real-time contextual customer marketing software and managed services, in the US, North America, and Europe. Liberty's remit includes positioning Emagine and its senior executives as thought leaders in campaign management, customer value management and contextual marketing. The agency will also build awareness of Emagine's expertise in mobile.

AUSTIN, TX—Technology services company Mass Relevance has launched an upgraded Mass Relevance Platform, which allows brands, media and agencies to integrate social content into visual experiences. The new offer is designed to allow marketers with no technical expertise to develop campaigns with social content in real-time, drawing on networks including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Vine, Google+ and YouTube.
