CLEVELAND—The International Public Relations Network has expanded its global reach with new agencies including Portugal-based agencies Executive Decisions & Communication, with offices near Lisbon, and Central de Informaçao, with headquarters in Porto and office also in Lisbon; Germany-based agencies Primo PR located in Frankfurt, and Schwan Communications located in Hamburg; Axess PR located in Monza, near Milano, Italy, Purple Media Works, based in Delhi, India, and United States agency Vistra Communications, based in Tampa, Florida.

LOS ANGELES—Bicoastal agency Marketing Maven has licensed the worldwide rights to patented technology from Ignite-TEK that identifies threats to brand reputation via speech recognition technology. Marketing Maven now offers the service to monitor offline inbound voice, email, chat and social inbound interactions, bridging them with digital sentiment, key influencers and related content, holistically approaching reputation management.

NEW YORK—Social media measurement specialist Shareablee has introduced Velocity, a new dashboard that shows content that people are engaging with in real time. The system ranks by rate of engagement instead of total engagement, which allows content producers to see the posts that are bubbling up and going viral. Features include tracking trending video, measuring content velocity and impact, and custom recommendations to help brands adjust their social strategy.
