LONDON — The UK-based TV shopping company JML has named Bite as its first retained comms, content and social media agency.
Bite will provide integrated PR and social media services to support JML’s television shopping channels in addition to its in-store retail video proposition. The company has tasked Bite to reflect and extend the impact of its product stories through campaigns that showcase its innovations.
JML was founded in 1986 and now has two film studios, three shopping channels and over 250 employees. Its headquarters and studios are in Kentish Town, London, and its own distribution and call centre in Newcastle. Its product development team brings to market over 100 new products each year.
The account will be led by Bite director Jon Silk.
JML joins Bite’s roster of consumer clients that also includes Amazon, Box TV, GoDaddy, Hasbro, Harman, Nest, and Quip.
