NEW YORK—KCSA Strategic Communications has formed a strategic partnership with DecisionPoint Media Insights, a custom research agency. The two firms will work together to offer a blend of their individual services to clients and prospects in the advertising, digital signage and media markets.
“In North America, digital media networks that consumers view indoors on flat-screen displays and outdoors on big LED billboards are transforming the out-of-home advertising sector. DecisionPoint produces shopper and consumer research on digital media deployments at retail and in other out-of-home venues. The company also does business-to-business research and consulting for technology vendors and other service providers.
