CHICAGO—Elizabeth Krupnick, a veteran of several senior corporate communications positions in the financial services sector, has been named senior vice president and chief marketing officer for executive search and leadership consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles International. Krupnick will be based in the firm’s New York office and will report directly to chief financial officer and chief administrative officer Eileen Kamerick.

Krupnick joins Heidrick & Struggles from TKO Communications Consulting, a consultancy she founded in 2004 to provide strategic counsel to major corporations and other organizations. Previously, Krupnick was senior vice president, global communications at MasterCard International and prior to that, she held the top communications positions at BCom3 Group—then parent to Manning Selvage & Lee—New York Life, Prudential and Aetna.

“Heidrick & Struggles is a strong and venerable brand with positive recognition around the world,” says Kamerick. “At the same time, we see significant opportunities to differentiate the firm from our competitors.”
