NEW YORK—Lippe Taylor Brand Communications, best known for its work in lifestyle public relations and marketing to women, has named Jim Joseph as president and partner, expanding its range of services to include fully integrated marketing with an increased focus on digital, social media, and promotion capabilities.
Joseph has specialized in integrated consumer marketing his entire career, working with brands such as Kellogg’s, Kraft, Cadillac, J&J’s Tylenol, Clean & Clear, Aveeno, Durex, AFLAC, Ambien CR, and Wal-Mart. He has spent the bulk of his agency career at Publicis Groupe after selling his firm to the French communications company and then merging it with two others to create Arc-NY, one of the largest integrated marketing services agencies in Manhattan.
He comes to Lippe Taylor from Publicis’ Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, where he led the transformation of the agency from traditional advertising to diversified marketing, with clients in the entire wellness spectrum.
According to Joseph: “The industry is changing and it’s time for public relations to lead the charge by becoming a much broader and more integrated part of the marketing mix. Lippe Taylor’s creativity and client roster is incredibly impressive, and the fact that the agency is so ferociously independent makes it even more rewarding because I can get back to being close to my clients.”
Maureen Lippe, founder and CEO of Lippe Taylor says the agency “is ready to expand its offerings into new areas, and Jim brings new leadership with a fresh vision and smart strategy for powering our company forward.”
Lippe Taylor clients include Procter & Gamble, Kao Corporation, L’Oreal, Clairol, The Limited, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, David’s Bridal and IKEA.
