BALTIMORE, August 9—Start-up companies looking to sample public relations services can get free advice online from Warschawski Public Relations, a full service PR and marketing firm that recently re-launched its website. The new site uses Flash technology, features built-in music, and was designed by Bionic Box, an award-winning web design firm that like Warschawski is based in Baltimore.

According to David Warschawski, president and founder of WPR, “We wanted our website to convey the excitement and care that WPR brings to serving each of its clients. There is no better medium than Flash technology to convey our thrill, and no better way than offering free online counsel to let potential clients know that we care about their concerns.”

Visitors who email a question to the free online PR and marketing service will receive an e-mail reply from WPR senior counsel within 48 hours of posing a question.
