Northrop Grumman Appoints Three Communications VPs

Northrop Grumman Corporation has appointed David Apt, Catherine Lamb-Heinz and Daniel McClain as vice presidents of communications. Apt was named as vice president of communications for the company's technical services sector.

LOS ANGELES—Northrop Grumman Corporation has appointed David Apt, Catherine Lamb-Heinz and Daniel McClain as vice presidents of communications.

 

Apt was named as vice president of communications for the company's technical services sector and will report to James Cameron, corporate vice president and president of technical services. He is responsible for media relations, marketing communications, advertising, community relations, media services, and executive and employee communications. He had served as director of communications for technical services, headquartered in Herndon, Va., since March 2006.

 

Lamb-Heinz was appointed vice president of communications for the electronic systems sector and will report to James F. Pitts, corporate vice president and president of electronic systems. She too will be responsible for media relations, marketing communications, advertising, and executive and employee communications. She has served as director of communications for electronic systems, headquartered in Linthicum, Md., since April, 2006.

 

McClain was named vice president of enterprise communications and will report to Darryl Fraser, corporate vice president of communications. He is responsible for executive and employee communications, financial media relations and communications operations. He has served as corporate director of media relations at Northrop Grumman's Los Angeles headquarters since July 2005.
