CHICAGO—The Chicago office of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide has added three new consumer marketing clients—the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago, SelectBlinds.com and Steak n Shake—to the office’s roster.
The YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago hired Ogilvy PR as its agency of record to handle strategic PR activities surrounding its efforts at ending racism and empowering women in Chicago. This assignment includes media relations and general visibility efforts, as well as supporting two of the group’s annual events: the Leader Luncheon and the Day of Commitment to Eliminate Racism.
The office has also been hired by SelectBlinds.com, an online retailer of blinds and window treatments in the consumer and do-it-yourself arena, to build name recognition and drive traffic to SelectBlinds.com. Finally, the office was recently awarded a three-month project from The Steak n Shake Company, supporting the launch of two new Halloween themed milk shakes.
