Poker Stars Names Hollreiser To Lead Communications

PokerStars has appointed Eric Hollreiser as head of corporate communications, to lead the company's integrated communications efforts around the world.

DOUGLAS, ISLE OF MAN—PokerStars has appointed Eric Hollreiser as head of corporate communications, to lead the company's integrated communications efforts around the world. Hollreiser's responsibilities will include execution of corporate communications, internal communications, public relations and corporate social responsibility, including across social media and talent communications.

Hollreiser will guide the positioning of PokerStars as a leading interactive entertainment and technology company, leveraging proprietary software, unrivalled online customer service, live events and creative broadcast operations to entertain audiences and deliver interactive experiences around the world.

Hollreiser is a former journalist and a veteran communications pro who has been a senior executive in media, entertainment and technology companies, including Microsoft Corp., The Walt Disney Company and Activision. He has also been an agency executive at Tierney Communications and was a co-founder of T2 Group.
