NEW YORK—Publicis Consultants | PR, formed earlier this year by the merger of Rowland Worldwide and the public relations operations of Publicis Dialog, has named Hannah Coan, executive vice president, director of client services; Sergio Rogina, executive vice president, managing director; and Hayley Soffer, senior vice president, healthcare practice director.

They join Steve Bryant, president of the Seattle office, and Sheri Smith, president of the Dallas office, on the recently formed team, which is led by the firm’s chief executive officer, Ann Moravick.

Based in the Western region, Coan leads the firm’s consumer public relations and lifestyle marketing group.  Her background ranges from branded consumer products to public affairs, having worked in a Congressional office and with a trade group that conducted trade missions and demonstration projects around the world to promote U.S. exports.

Rogina brings 15 years of experience to managing the consumer technology and business-to-business client base in the firm’s central region, where for eight years, he led the Samsung account as well as a range of public relations programs for consumer brands including Pennzoil.

Soffer leads the healthcare practice in New York including all the sanofi-aventis business for the firm. Her previous experience includes work for Roche and Merck.
