NEW YORK—Ruder Finn has been retained as public relations agency of record for Global Music International, a leading provider of independent music video content to the global wireless telecom industry. Ruder Finn will provide strategic counsel and U.S. media relations, partner press relations and a variety of thought-leadership programs.
Global Music International provides music video content to third party media providers including print Nextel’s mobile network and on China Unicom’s mobile network. The company’s programming content consists of music videos of unsigned artists and bands from around the world and broadcasts it’s programming globally, through its Web site, imntv.com.

In addition, Ruder Finn/West has added two new clients to its roster: Specific Media and Voce.Both accounts fall under the agency’s technology practice and together add about $500,000 in fees.
Specific Media is an interactive media company that enables advertisers to reach online audiences through proprietary targeting technologies. The company selected Ruder Finn to manage a comprehensive media relations campaign designed to build brand awareness, increase corporate visibility and extend its thought leadership. For Voce, a provider in a new category of highly personalized premium wireless services, Ruder Finn will help launch new services and raise overall awareness of a new category of cell phone services.
