WASHINGTON, D.C.—Spectrum Science Communications is refining its name to Spectrum and rebranding itself to better reflect the depth of expertise and breadth of services the firm offers. In addition, Spectrum recently opened a New York office and has invested in building out its expertise in health policy, digital media, consumer marketing and conducting primary research.

Based in the firm’s New York office are Liza Morris, senior vice president, and Cherry Dumaual, senior vice president, an agency veteran with an extensive background in consumer marketing public relations.

The firm has also launched an official partnership with Simon & Company, a boutique firm specializing in health policy and health financing, with more than 30 years of combined experience in legislative strategy, public policy analysis and advocacy research.
