SYDNEY—Text 100 Global Public Relations has introduced a new set of organizational leadership consulting services designed to help chief executive officers communicate effectively during the current turbulent business environment. Drawing on Text 100’s experience in crisis communications, social media, internal communications and media relations, the new services are intended to manage negative news with minimal risk, build confidence in the future, while at the same time demonstrating return on PR investment.

 

Text 100’s new consulting services have launched with three initial products: authentic leadership communications, new era crisis communications, and measurement and brand value optimization.

Authentic Leadership Communications is a product is based on Text 100’s “stakeholder connection” methodology, which is designed to map and connect business leaders both on an emotional and rational level depending on the spokesperson’s personal style and message. The result is a comprehensive consultancy and coaching program to guide CEOs through a transition of leadership communication styles.

 

Measurement and Brand Value Optimization is a product developed by Text 100’s research arm, Context Analytics, to create dual models of PR ROI measurement. The first, competitive mindshare mapping at a glance” is a fast and efficient method to track reputation progress on a weekly or monthly basis. The second, “brand value optimization” is based on marketing mix modelling, and helps clients monitor the moving parts that constitute their brand and sell their product.

 

New Era Crisis Communications is a product that combines Text 100’s leadership in social media and its extensive experience in crisis communications and is designed to help clients authentically communicate negative news in the workplace, using traditional and social media with awareness of the growth of citizen journalism and the accelerated global news cycle.
