LOS ANGELES—CCG Investor Relations has formed a joint venture partnership with G.K Investor Relations, part of the Gelbart Kahana group and Israel’s largest investor relations firm. CCGK Investor Relations will provide global investor and public relations services to Israeli-based companies that are public or seeking to list in the U.S. stock markets.
Managed by Ehud Helft and Kenny Green, the former Credit Suisse First Boston Israeli research team, G.K. Investor Relations specializes in providing international investor relations services specifically tailored for Israeli companies with presence in the U.S. and other foreign exchanges.
“Israel has one of the largest and most sophisticated groups of growth-oriented public companies in the world, presenting enormous opportunities for U.S. public and private equity investors,” says Crocker Coulson, president of CCG Investor Relations. “We are impressed with the international IR operation that G.K. has built in Israel in the last four years and we believe that teaming up with it presents an opportunity to take this business even further.”
CCGK will provide Israeli-based public companies with access to investor relations counsel, relationships with and analysts across North America and Europe, a targeted approach to road shows and investor meetings based on affinity, relationships with leading financial media, management of quarterly disclosure process, and offices in New York City, Los Angeles and Tel Aviv.
