NEW YORK—Unilever Cosmetics International has named Daniele Cardelia as vice president, global public relations, reporting directly to Laura Klauberg, senior vice president of global marketing.
Most recently, Cardelia served as vice president at Coburn Communication Worldwide, responsible for public relations, endorsements and licensing in the beauty and celebrity categories. In her new role, she will be responsible for global public relations for all UCI fine fragrance brands.
Cardelia began her career in 1989, at Grey Advertising, and has been in public relations since 1992, when she joined Yves Saint Laurent Beaute. She was subsequently named director of public relations at Donna Karan Beauty.
Unilever Cosmetics International is a manufacturer of fragrances including Calvin Klein, Cerruti, Lagerfeld, Chloe, Vera Wang, Nautica and BCBG Max Azria.
