USA Swimming Asks Warschawski to Promote Sport

Warschawski Public Relations has been retained by USA Swimming as the organization’s public relations agency of record. USA Swimming, headquartered in Colorado Springs, is the national governing body for competitive swimming in the United States.

BALTIMORE—Warschawski Public Relations has been retained by USA Swimming as the organization’s public relations agency of record. USA Swimming, headquartered in Colorado Springs, is the national governing body for competitive swimming in the United States and has more than 300,000 members and sanctions more than 7,000 events each year.

In addition, USA Swimming formulates the sport’s policies and procedures, conducts national swimming championships, and is dedicated to helping athletes of all ages and abilities achieve the Olympic ideal.

USA Swimming has tapped Warschawski to handle all strategic positioning and media relations.  The firm will help to raise the profile of swimming as a competitive, healthy individual and team sport, as well as boost the organization’s credibility and visibility as an innovative leader in sport management and governance.  Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

According to Rod Davis, chief marketing officer for USA Swimming, “Warschawski has an excellent track record for generating top-tier media results on a national level and working as an integral partner with organizations to help set and achieve their goals. We are confident that Warschawski will generate the high-level media and branding results the agency is known for.”
