HONG KONG—Waggener Edstrom Worldwide has expanded its consumer portfolio in Hong Kong with the addition of Samsonite, a leading travel luggage company.
The agency will provide Samsonite with a full range of integrated services, from corporate communications and digital influence strategy, to market insight and event management. This will expand to its full product suite, including Samsonite, Samsonite Black Label, Samsonite Red and American Tourister.
The latest addition expands Waggener Edstrom Hong Kong’s growing consumer practice, currently serving brands such as 7-Eleven, Maxim’s Group, Skagen Designs, and ZUJI.
The firm has also expanded its consumer team with the addition of consumer brand specialist Adrian Lau—whose experience includes positions Hill & Knowlton and Octagon working with clients such as Audemars Piguet, Furla, LG Electronics, Samsung, P&G and McDonald’s—as account director.
