NEW YORK—Emanate has added Kiersten Zweibaum, a veteran of leadership roles at several major public relations agencies who most recently served as head of communications at the American Jewish Committee, as managing director.
In her role as managing director, Zweibaum will manage the day to day business, provide client counsel and stewardship, and align the agency’s talent resources against client need and opportunity. She will also work with Emanate clients to build and maintain corporate reputation through corporate brand building, issues and crisis management, influencer relationship building, employee communications, CSR and strategic media relations.
Prior to her time at AJC, Zwiebaum led Ogilvy PR’s global corporate practice, providing leadership for corporate clients across the global network. Earlier, she was global corporate practice director of GCI Group (now Cohn & Wolfe). She joined GCI from Ketchum, where she held many positions and responsibilities during her 16-year tenure, including leading several major clients focused on corporate reputation.
Zweibaum will be based in the agency’s New York office and report to Sample.
