NEW YORK—Manning Selvage & Lee’s New York office has appointed research industry veteran Holly Heline Jarrell as senior vice president and director of insight and reputation development. In her new role, Jarrell will work with MS&L and its clients to develop stronger insights and identify global trends in the areas of consumer marketing, healthcare and corporate reputation.
Jarrell will also be responsible for designing and implementing research capabilities for MS&L and its clients, assisting in the development of intellectual capital and helping create an agency-wide training module on consumer insights, research and tools.
“Holly will play a large role in working with our clients and global practice leaders to provide a streamlined approach to insight creation and research,” says Jim Tsokanos, executive vice president and managing director of MS&L New York. “Insights are at the core of MS&L. Holly will help manage our proprietary tools and develop new opportunities for our clients and their businesses.”
Jarrell was most recently a senior vice president of SCAN, the consumer trends service of Daniel Yankelovich Group, where she provided senior-level research consulting services. Before DYG, she spent 15 years at GfK NOP (formerly Roper ASW) in various management roles, including group senior vice president and director of Roper Public Affairs.
