NEW YORK—Ketchum has relocated Marc Drechsler, the co-founder of the company's Ketchum Pleon Financial unit, from Dusseldorf, Germany, to New York, where he will drive the firm's financial communications offering. Drechsler, senior vice president, financial communications, will join Ketchum's international group, headed by Paul Cohen. Prior to founding Pleon Financial, Drechsler helped establish international financial communications agency Citigate Dewe Rogerson in Germany and, earlier, worked as foreign currency trader with Commerzbank in New York.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ—MWW Group has promoted John Ferrari to senior vice president, finance. Ferrari, who previously served as a vice president within the finance department, will help to oversee the management and development of the firm’s financial framework and organizational infrastructure. He joined MWW Group in January 2000 as assistant controller. Previously, he had worked as a senior financial analyst at Asarco.
