Henzi was most recently at VICE Media, as a strategy director, and before that served as vice president of strategy at Havas Media North America.

Prior to joining RPR, Rowan served as the director of communications at NBC 4 New York, where she was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all communications, public relations and media relations efforts for the TV station. Previously, Rowan was a senior vice president at Dan Klores Communications and launched her own company, Firebrand.
