NEW YORK — Finn Partners has tapped Ryan Barr to lead its financial services practice. Barr, a marketing communications professional with more than two decades of experience, will be based in Finn’s New York headquarters. He replaces Amber Roberts, who moved to Vested to be that firm’s CEO its professional services operation in the US. Roberts will focus on expanding the firm’s programs and services, new business development and staff leadership.

SALT LAKE CITY — Method Communications co-founder Jacob Moon has been named general manager of its Salt Lake City office. In this role, Moon will focus on building the organization’s corporate culture, generating revenue, fostering relationships and helping drive key strategic initiatives. Moon will join Method’s management team, reporting to CEO David Parkinson.

BEVERLY HILLS — Ginger Chan has joined Endeavor as senior VP of consumer communications. In this role, she will lead strategy and drive execution for all consumer PR across the Endeavor network, supporting a portfolio that includes Professional Bull Riders, The Miss Universe Organization, Endeavor Content, Frieze, Taste festivals, the Miami Open and Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, as well as key sports, entertainment and fashion talent and content. Chan (pictured) most recently worked at Allied Integrated Marketing, where she oversaw the company’s national publicity department and served as the day-to-day publicity point person for a number of key entertainment and lifestyle clients, including Paramount Pictures, Cirque du Soleil, Netflix and Food Network.

SAN FRANCISCO —  Tech-focused Actual Agency has named Kate Corcoran Adorno senior VP.  Adorno will take on roles in business development and refining Actual’s approach to measurement and analytics. She joins Actual from Access Communications, where she spent seven years in the firm’s New York office.

NEW YORK — Gould+Partners has named Robert Udowitz and Don Bates as lead senior counselors for the Washington, DC area. Udowitz has at public affairs, public relations and crisis communication firms in Washington, as well as trade associations and corporations. Bates is a long-time marketing and PR executive, trainer and consultant, and has worked with G+P for several years. He also teaches at New York University and is the founding director of George Washington’s University’s graduate public relations degree program.
