BRUSSELS — Katarina Wallin Bureau is departing her role as Burson-Marsteller EMEA COO to reunite with former B-M CEO Jeremy Galbraith at BoldT.

Wallin Bureau leaves B-M after six years as COO and 13 years in total. She will remain based in Brussels as a partner at BoldT, leading the fast-growing consultancy’s corporate purpose and leadership business, while also working on foundations and cause related campaigns.

"Having worked with [Wallin Bureau] for over a decade, I know she develops true trusted relationships with clients and the dedication she brings to organisations," said Galbraith, who launched BoldT six months ago with Herbert Heitmann and Michiel van Hulten.

"As a former management consultant, she brings all the ingredients we are looking for to achieve our purpose of delivering business strategy and communications advice to leaders to help transform organisations and performance," added Galbraith. "Her international outlook and experience will be a huge asset to BoldT and our clients."

BoldT has launched four European offices since it began operations, most recently hiring another former B-M exec to lead its DACH region.

"I am very excited to join a real challenger brand with a team that brings together some of the best people in the industry," said Wallin Bureau. "At BoldT I will be working with a team to help companies, organisations and individuals change perceptions, build partnerships and achieve positive change."

Burson-Marsteller is now part of Burson Cohn & Wolfe, under the leadership of C&W EMEA head Scott Wilson.
