SAN DIEGO, June 21—Cooper Iverson Marketing, a high technology public relations firm, has launched a strategic investor relations practice in its newly established Los Angeles office. The practice will be led by Jane Welch, former vice president, corporate communications at EchoMail, who joins the firm as director of investor relations.
The partnership is the first of many that CIM plans to introduce in an effort to offer an expanded range of services. The IR practice will support emerging technology companies, increasing awareness within the investment community, and ensuring that consistent messages are delivered to key constituents through the IR process.
“With the introduction of Regulation FD, a company’s ability to communicate in a strategic and consistent manner with all its constituencies has never been more important,” says Lorraine Iverson, CEO.
