LONDON—Corporate communications executives from some of the world’s leading companies, including ABInBev, Bayer, Lenovo, Microsoft, Nissan, Unilever, and Yum Brands are among the jurors in our 2018 EMEA region SABRE Awards competition, which is open for entries.

The lineup of client-side judges includes:

  • Osama Bhutta, director of communications at leading NGO Amnesty

  • Annick Boyen (pictured), VP of sustainable business, communications, at Unilever

  • Stuart Gill, communications manager at Lenovo

  • Stuart Jackson, vice president of communications at Nissan

  • Lisa Jedan, global head of brand PR & corporate communications at Bacardi

  • Chiara Latella, global brand PR manager at Campari

  • Zoe Mekarkey, head of public relations at Npower

  • Ilya Politkovsky, external communications director, Yum Brands

  • Andrea Quaye, VP of marketing at AB InBev South Africa

  • Aaron Sherinian, global communications and public relations, Aga Khan Development Network

  • Alexander Sieder, who leads global issues management at Bayer

  • Delia Sieff, director of MEA communications, Microsoft

Says Paul Holmes, founder of the awards and chair of the jury: “It is vital to the credibility and value of the SABRE Awards that we compile a jury that represents the best of the region’s communications talent. Our client-side judges range from alcoholic beverages to technology, from automotive to energy, and come from markets including the UK, Germany, Russia, and South Africa. These are individuals who know good work when they see it and whose experience adds real weight to the winners they select.”
