LONDON—Havas Health has acquired Just:: Health Communications, the UK healthcare firm founded in 2006 by Jennie Talman and Emma Crozier.

"The Havas Health network is a vital asset for the Havas Group’s worldwide success," said Yannick Bollore, CEO, Havas Group. "This acquisition is a strategic investment in the PR space to further grow our brand footprint in global markets and to continue to strengthen our PR global collective."

According to the Holmes Report's Agencies of the Year research, Just::Health employs around 35 people and reported fees of £3.2m in 2014.

Just's client roster includes several of the largest pharma players, including Shire, GSK, Roche, Sanofi and AbbVie. In the last 12 months, furthermore, the firm added a number of new clients: Danone Nutricia, Molecular Partners, Celgene, Novartis, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals – reflecting its  diversification beyond traditional pharma.

The senior team at Just::, led by MD Kirsty Mearns, will continue to manage the London-based agency.

"It is very exciting to be joining Havas," said Talman. "We are looking forward to working with the Havas Health network and collaborating to provide an integrated service to clients across the world."
