NEW YORK—Llorente & Cuenca, the Spanish firm with an extensive Latin American network of offices, has formed a strategic alliance with US financial communications firm Abernathy MacGregor to establish a LatAm Desk based in Abernathy’s New York office. The new desk, an extension of the L&C’s operations in Miami, comprises a team of professionals led by Adriana Aristizabal, and will serve US companies with an interest in Latin America, as well as to those clients in Spain, Portugal and Latin America that seek counsel regarding US capital markets. Both firms are members of AMO, a global network of firms specializing in corporate and financial communications.
LONDON—Next 15, parent company of PR agencies including Text 100 and M Booth, has acquired Twogether Creative, a B2B digital marketing agency with a focus on technology clients, including Brocade, Intuit, Symantec, Veritas, Lenovo and Zebra Technologies. The initial payment is approximately £6.6 million, with additional consideration payable depending on the average profits of Twogether over four years.

NEW YORK—The Stevens Group, which specializes in facilitating mergers and acquisitions in the PR agency industry, has named Deborah Radman senior associate. Radman is a 40-year veteran of the public relations business. She worked extensively with national and international public relations firms when she owned her own agency in Denver, Brown Radman Wolper. She subsequently sold that firm to a large New York-based PR/IR firm KCSA Worldwide, and later worked with Stanton Communications, Cramer-Krasselt Public Relations, and Radman Communications.
