SAN FRANCISCO — W2O Group has appointed Edelman's Mary Corcoran to become president of Twist Marketing as Annalise Coady takes on a new role as president of W2O's EMEA operations. 

Corcoran takes on leadership for the second largest firm in the W2O network (WCG is the largest), reporting to chief client services officer Jennifer Gottlieb. Meanwhile, Coady transitions to the role of president, W2O-EMEA to focus on growth in the region nd will be based in Twist's London office. Coady joined W2O in 2013 to lead its Europe tech practice. 

"To fully capitalize on what we see as a major opportunity to serve our clients' increasing international needs, Annalise will work in close partnership with our operating companies and global practice and clients leaders to focus on building our capabilities and offices in the EMEA region, where we expect accelerated growth over the next few years," said W2O founder/CEO Jim Weiss. 

Corcoran will be based in Twist's New York office and is tasked with building business, growing teams and working cross-functionally to deliver client solutions and experiences.

Corcoran joined Edelman in 2006 taking on various roles during her tenure including EVP/GM, Digital West and, most recently, as chief operating officer for its New York office. At Edelman, her work included building teams, scaling growth and providing C-suite guidance and strategy. Prior to that, she had stints at Donordigital, America Coming Together, the Democratic National Committee and JP Morgan Chase.
