DALLAS, April 4—Read-Poland Associates has hired Don Bartholomew, former head of the Dallas office of Alexander-Ogilvy Public Relations, as senior vice president and director of a new technology practice. We believe this is a very good time to be broadening our technology capabilities. The industry has returned to a more rational environment where sound business models and solid, profitable growth will be rewarded.”
