NEW YORK—Ruder Finn has launched a new practice, RF Radius, which will expand the agency's capabilities in business transformation. The new practice combines Ruder Finn's expertise in earned media and multi-channel marketing, and its digital capabilities with a focus on marketing and communications strategy consulting.
The group is headed by Executive Vice President Rum Ekhtiar, a Ruder Finn veteran and communications professional whose background spans corporate, consumer, healthcare, financial services, and technology. Ekhtiar returned to Ruder Finn in April 2013 and has already built a team of more than 20 professionals.
The division's name, Radius, was inspired by the group's capabilities to deliver 360°, channel-agnostic solutions, paired with a sharp focus on measurement and insights. The Radius methodology requires dissecting a given business challenge and then deciphering how communications and marketing efforts can move the needle, working directly with business decision-makers to guide communications strategy and optimize and integrate channels in real-time.
