Michael Mullen, who joined Heinz in 1998, became the communications chief for the newly merged Kraft Heinz Company in 2015. The billion-dollar food company tends to be closely watched for its plans for industry-changing mergers, maintaining factories and, of course, food safety issues — among others.

Mullen is responsible for all global internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, government affairs, global media relations and corporate reputation management. He is the company’s chief media spokesperson and is also responsible for the Kraft Heinz Foundation, real estate and facilities.
